OSU is now 109-8-4 in home openers since the inception of the program in 1890. Head coach Jim Tressel has won 15 consecutive season openers and 19 of his last 21. His Buckeye teams have outscored opponents 354-116 in 10 openers, an average margin of victory of 23.8 points. He is 19-5-1 all-time in season openers and 10-0 at Ohio State.

ST. LOUIS (AP) - The telephone has been ringing a lot this week for St. Louis Rams rookie linebacker James Laurinaitis.

Ohio State has won the last two games against Wisconsin and although the Buckeyes lead the all-time series of games in Columbus 28-7-3, the Badgers have won three out of the last four in Ohio Stadium. In 1999 and in 2001, they overcame 17 point deficits and shut OSU out in the second half to pull off victories but last year in Madison, the Buckeyes were the ones who left the Badgers with 17 as an 11-yard Terrelle Pryor touchdown run with 1:08 left in the fourth quarter snapped Wisconsin's 16-game home winning streak.

Terrelle Pryor threw three touchdown passes, Brandon Saine rushed for 113 yards and the defense limited IU to 18 rushing yards to lead Ohio State to a 33-14 win over Indiana Saturday at Memorial Stadium. The win improved Ohio State's records to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in the Big Ten. Indiana drops its second in succession and is 3-2 and 0-2, respectively.

Ohio State's strong performance last week, combined with conference favorite Penn State losing at home to Iowa, was encouraging for Tressel and his players. However, they refuse to look past the Hoosiers (3-1, 0-1), who gave then-No. 23 Michigan a test before falling 36-33 last Saturday.
